NOTE OF ENCOURAGEMENT FOR MOTHER'S DAY

This Mother’s Day we have an opportunity to directly support some of our local grassroots organizations connected with the Equitable Giving Circle – Tenacious Rose PDX and MXM Bloc. These organizations specifically support and empower women and mothers. You will have an opportunity to write a Mother’s Day note of encouragement and empowerment to be given anonymously at a Mother’s Day event on May 15. You may wish to include a cash gift in the card. Rev. Avena Ward wants to make sure all the gifts are the same size so please include your gift in your card, but don’t seal it. Avena will take the gifts and divide them equally among the cards. If you don’t wish to write a card, but want to give a gift, please write the check to Avena Ward and she will cash it and distribute it.
