MODERATOR MESSAGE

Hello friends,

The survey is out! I hope that you have found the survey in your inbox in a message from First Congregational Church. It's called the Post-Post-Pandemic Church Survey. Please take a few minutes to fill it out. If you didn't receive it by email, or would like to receive a paper copy, please contact the office at (503) 946-1045.

If you are in a household where two people are using the same email address, only one of you will be able to take the survey. If you want to do the survey together, feel free to add individual comments (person A, person B). You won’t be able to respond to the questions individually on one survey, but you can add written comments from each person. 

If each of you wants to take the survey separately, please request to have the survey sent to a different email address, or request a paper copy from the church office.
