Transition Projects

On the third Saturday of each month volunteers prepare a dinner in our church kitchen and deliver and serve it to clients at Transition Projects Shelter.  Transition Projects is the largest provider of shelter and services for homeless, single men in the Portland metropolitan area.  A meal is delivered to the women's shelter as well.
