Pastoral Relations Committee

The Pastoral Relations Committee formulates and recommends policy to the Church Council pertaining to the called ministers including policies pertaining to the evaluation of the performance of the called ministers. The committee advocates for the clergy in matters of salary and benefits, serves as a sounding board for the called staff and church members.
