Lay Leadership

We enjoy a congregational leadership structure.  In this structure elected members of the congregation lead the church in partnership with our clergy.  It is a very bottom-up rather than top-down structure.  The church is the people, and the church is organized and run by the people.

Our lay leadership is grouped into commissions and committees, each with a unique purpose.  Each commission is made up of six members elected by the congregation who meet at least quarterly, with most meeting monthly.  Our Church Council is the overall governing body.
